Refund policy

Due to the nature of our services, most orders are ineligible for refunds and returns. We are not responsible for blank, foggy, or improperly exposed photos that are a result of error on the camera or customer's part. If mistakes are made while processing the film on our part, we will review the case and provide a refund for the services rendered.
